FAQ

What most guests want to confirm before setting out.

Are Shang Pin Spa, Shangpin Spa and 尚品國際水療 the same place?

Yes — one venue, inside Lisboeta Macau in Cotai. The full name is Shang Pin Spa (尚品國際水療), and you will also see it written as Shangpin Spa, Shang Pin Spa Macau, 尚品水療, 尚品桑拿, the simplified 尚品国际水疗 and 澳门尚品水疗, or the Japanese シャンピンスパ. Every one of those is this place.

How much does Shang Pin Spa cost?

Sauna entry is MOP 1,199 — the entry minimum — and covers up to 15 hours. Massage SPA starts at MOP 2,299 for 90 minutes; the entry-and-popular aroma SPA band runs MOP 3,099–5,099; top tier with twin-star runs MOP 5,699–6,699. A 10% tourism service charge applies, and massage packages include sauna entry and dining.

What is the Japanese bubble bath?

The house signature — a Japanese-style bathing ritual using dense foam, and the reason many guests choose Shang Pin. It is arranged alongside a massage package; a coordinator explains the details when you book.

Is it open 24 hours? Can I stay overnight?

Yes — open around the clock, with therapists on shift from 15:00 to 06:00. There is a free recliner lounge and paid private rest rooms, so staying overnight is no problem.

Who is on the therapist team? Can I ask who is working tonight?

The roster is multinational, with the major styles rotating through the same floor. Tell us the style you have in mind when you book and a coordinator checks the night’s line-up before arranging anything. Therapists are on shift from 15:00 to 06:00.

Do I need to book ahead? What are the perks?

Booking is recommended — weekend nights fill up. Book through us and free private-car pickup is arranged, and you choose 2 free add-on services (back scrub, ear cleaning, foot massage and more).

What does the free dining include?

Hot plates run to steak, seafood and pork and lamb dishes with a bowl of soup; the staples are fried rice, fried noodles and noodle soup, with sandwiches for something lighter. Drinks cover soft drinks, beer, juice, coffee, tea, milk tea and Red Bull, poured through the night. Spirits and wine sit outside the package and are billed separately.

Where is Shang Pin Spa and how do I get there?

Inside Lisboeta Macau in Cotai, near Studio City and The Londoner. Cotai hotels are within walking distance; book through us and a free private car covers anywhere in Macau.

What payment methods are accepted?

Cash, credit cards, WeChat Pay and Alipay.

Is there a show or KTV?

No — Shang Pin has no KTV or stage show. The focus is the spa itself: the setting, the therapists and the Japanese bubble bath. Ask us if you would rather visit a show-style venue.

Thinking about tonight?
